Prices are intended per person per day in half board for a minimum stay of 7 days, with possibility of additional charge for short stays. City tax EXCLUDED.

Conditions & Terms of Confirmation and Cancellation

Please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific floor or room in any way.

In the event of early departure, late arrival, no-show or reduction in the number of guests, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount relating to the days and services booked and not used will be applied.

Half board is a binding package. Therefore, any missed dinners will not entitle to reductions or price variations.

We require a deposit equal to 30% to confirm the booking.

In case of cancellation:

• Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation penalty, with no possibility of refund or reuse, even in cases of illness or injury.*
• From 29 days to 15 days before check-in = 50% of the booking charged
• From 14 days to 7 days or no-show = 100% of the booking charged
  
  

*We recommend travel cancellation insurance, as no refunds are provided in case of illness and/or injury. The balance of the booking will be requested upon arrival at the hotel.

For payment, we accept cash and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay).

We recommend the trip cancellation insurance "Hotel Cancellation Plus" 

Reductions starting from the occupation of the 3rd and 4th bed:

• Children (in the parents’ room):
   - children up to the age of 2: € 40,00 per day
   - children aged between 3 and 8: -50%
   - children aged between 9 and 12: -30%
• Adults in an extra bed -30%
• Prices subject to modifications
